CPAT Test Prep and Mock Testing
The CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test) is designed to assess the physical readiness required for the fire service. Our CPAT Test Prep program is built to help candidates train with purpose, confidence, and structure leading up to test day.
This program focuses on developing the specific strength, endurance, and movement efficiency required to successfully complete the CPAT. Training emphasizes job-relevant tasks such as stair climbing, load carries, grip strength, and sustained cardiovascular effort—while also prioritizing proper technique and injury prevention.
